beauty unseen

so there i was, admist the beautiful blue ridge mountains. nature was the skyline. creation was all around. the majesty and beauty of it all was breath-taking! it was just one of the many moments throughout my travels this week that made me want to capture the picture my eyes beheld, in order to share the beauty with another. i found myself taking pictures of everything. the sunset on saturday in north carolina, was absolutely beautiful! it was full of light and passion. colors colliding with one another, creating a truly unique masterpiece!

i am continually amazed at how things are so much more beautiful when u have someone there to share them with tho. it's like getting a glimpse of eternity and being able to share it with someone. that moment in time, where everything seems within reach, your eyes, your hands, your heart all seem to be able to access every inch of the world around you. nothing is out of reach. we are able to paint the world with as much color as the grand pallette infront of us will allow!

how is it that we let the world bring us back down to their version of reality, were the colors are muted. black and white, has become different shades of gray. can't we see, true beauty is always around us. we just need to stop, take a deep breath, look around, and enjoy the gift before us. maybe even be lucky to share it with another! for pictures while beautiful, don't do justice to standing next to someone amongst a moment in a masterpiece!
